Relocated, Set Up and Organized Client At New Condo...

I am writing about my recent, positive experience with having Debra organize my household.

When I found out I needed cancer surgery last August and had less than 2 weeks to prepare for it in addition to moving residence 2 days after surgery, Debra offered to help me out. Within a matter of a few days only, Debra had our previous condo packed up, moved and the new condo set up as though someone had "settled in ages ago!“ All that while tending to my recuperation (I did not have use of my right arm and could not assist), scrubbing floors, organizing the household and looking out for my grown children.  Simply amazing... I could not have done that, even in good health!!

Deb has always been a multi-tasker, and thrives on being busy and organized, no matter what she is working on. She is always thinking one step ahead as to the quickest, most efficient way to do things. Deb can walk into a room and just 'envision' where your furniture will look its best (as she did with my condo... I haven't moved a thing 4 months later!).

She also knows how to get the most usage of space in a small room, such as my bedroom was. As well, I thought I would need to rent an exterior storage unit for boxes of keepsakes, however, Deb managed to figure out how to incorporate them into existing closet space!  (A savings of $2,400 annually).

My favourite room is now the kitchen...it never used to be and I think it was that I never had the time, vision or inspiration to maximize its efficiency! With Deb's system, rather than having to grab items needed for cooking from all areas of the kitchen, all items are grouped close to the area they will be used the most. My daughter and myself now find that the layout of the kitchen "makes sense", and anyone could step into the kitchen and not have difficulty finding anything!  Deb is a living example of the saying, "A place for everything and everything in its place".

I think that in seeing my level of disorganization, and remembering how much satisfaction she derives from working at organization and home set-up, Deb was prompted to seek others who could use her help.   Lucky is the person whose career is based on "doing what they love", I'd say.
