Moved client from one retirement residence to another...

We did not know that working with Debra to move our mother from one retirement home to another would help us in so very many different ways! Our mother was not well and hospitalized at the time.
Debra and Bill looked after every little detail in the move. We met with them once and they competently did all the packing, made all the arrangements for the move and the storage of items not needed.
They worked steadily until the move was complete and all things were organized and labelled. In doing so they saved the family a lot of stress and helped our mother to get settled comfortably in her new environment. Our mother was so relieved to know that Debra and Bill had looked after everything for her.
Debra and Bill are very personable, caring and sensitive to the needs of the people they are working with. Our mother considers them now her good friends and they continue to visit with her.
They are very professional, assess the needs carefully and work with the client to relieve stress during the transition to a new home.
