Easy Steps To Preparing Your Home ‘For Sale’
~ Step One: The Staging Consultation ~
- Our Certified Staging Professionals™ will meet with you to view your home and property, as well as take notes and photos (with your permission). We will review this material at the office with careful consideration, enabling us to provide you with the most effective and practical solutions to prepare your home for sale.
- Within 24 hours, a detailed report with recommendations to prepare your home and present it in the best light will be provided to you. We recommend that the work be completed prior to listing for best results.
~ Step Two: Preparing To Sell ~
- We will de-clutter, organize and sell unwanted items and pack non-essential items to create valuable space.
- Do repairs and updates as recommended in the Consultation Staging Report to modernize and neutralize, attracting a broader range of buyers.
- Depersonalizing your home allows buyers to envision themselves living there.
- Separate quotes for ‘Step 2 &/or Step 3’ will be provided as requested.

~ Step Three: Staging (Showcasing) Your Home ~
- As Certified Staging Professionals™, we know how to place furniture, artwork
and accessories in the best possible arrangement, creating an inviting atmosphere, maximizing traffic flow and space. We will work with your
furnishings whenever possible. Rental furniture and accessories are available through Lifestyle Transitions if necessary.
- Once the offer on the home has firmed up, we will remove all rental furnishings
and accessories. The homeowner may then begin packing in preparation for
their move OR they may wish to hire Lifestyle Transitions to complete the
packing for them (refer to our Downsizing Page for details).
